The 6-Step Development Process
1. Concept & Design Support
We start by helping you transform ideas into practical product concepts. This stage covers trend research, design refinement, product positioning and style development, so the collection is pointed at the right market before any fabric is cut.
2. Fabric Selection & Sourcing
Next, we select suitable fabrics based on your design, performance and market requirements — including fabric recommendation, material development, color matching and functional fabric options.
3. Pattern Development & Fit
Precise patterns determine the silhouette, comfort and fit of the final garment. Our pattern team develops and adjusts patterns until the desired fit is achieved.
4. Sample Development
Concepts become physical samples through multiple rounds of refinement: first sample, fit adjustment, detail improvement and final approval. You sign off on exactly what will be produced.
5. Production & Quality Control
Once the sample is approved, production planning begins. Quality is kept consistent from the approved sample through bulk production, with in-line inspection during manufacturing and final inspection before shipment.
